Я Ураз Хайдар родился в 1957 году в селе Навруз,Чиракчинского района Кашкадарьинской области Республики Узбекистан . Окончил географический факультет отдел гидрологии суши ТашГУ, 1980 г. Являюсь главним редактором газеты «Posbon». С 2005 года член Союза писателей Республики Узбекистан. Увлекаюс поэзией с 15 лет. Первые стихи были опубликованы в 1979 году в альманахе «Ёшлик» (Молодость). До сегодняшнего дня изданы свыше 20 книг, из них 16 поэтечские произведение. Мои стихи переведены на русский, английский, немецкий, тюркийский, таджикский, ассамиский языках. Кроме этого имею 2 романа с названиями «Талваса» (Лихорадка), «Буғдойзор оралаган сўқмоқлар” (Тропинки в пшеничных полях). Увликаюсь переводом. Переводёл некоторые произведение аргентинского поэта А. Порке, русских писателей и поэтов В.Шукшина, И. Бунина, Е. Евтушенко, Р. Рождественского, К. Ваншенкина и д.р. на узбекский язык.
