Novel “HISTORY, SPIRITUALITY, TOLERANCE TIMES OR CONNECTING THREAD”
We all know that Islam came on the Eurasian continent from the Arabian Peninsula. However, today we know a little of the person, the names of the pioneers – missionaries. The value of the material of this article is that it attempts to reveal the names of great men and their descendants, who have launched development, deepening and widening the new religion of Islam in Eurasia.
Eurasia. Eurasian space. This vast territory has a long history of several millenniums. Today this is told by excavations carried out in the vast expanses.
Increasingly, we begin to know their history in bygone centuries. Earlier, history of people was remaining in the shadows. There was no access to global archives.
Today, the program structured by the initiative of the Head of State, earned a “cultural heritage”. Our country is very distinctive with an unusual culture. Is it the heart of Eurasia? We are more than neighbors and have kept the ancient Turkic customs. All of the Central Asian Turkic peoples were mostly susceptible to European culture. At the same time, we honor the traditions of our ancestors. We are proud of their past and equally respect the new transformations in human development. As well, we celebrate today our dynamism, education and entrepreneurship. Unlike many post-Soviet leaders, our President of Kazakhstan did not get drowned in the depths of his own “I”. Thanks to his sound policies, we are becoming a key player in the Eurasian space.
We have not fully explored the sources written in the ancient language of Kipchak dialect. We still know very little about our history, culture and language of Turkic tribes, and it’s a task for scholars in Eurasia to seek to know about the continuation of the days of the prophet, who lived about 1400 years ago, and subsequently integrate the knowledge among the Kazakh people. The last prophet in lifetime said in his Hadith that the pursuit of knowledge – the duty of every human being (Muslim man and woman), and that life – this time, should be able to subdue.
In Eurasia, our ancestors three times created a great empire by their swords, spears and argymaks (horses). Even 2210 years ago, the first steppe empire was founded by Mode Hashanah which lasted 350 years. Mode rules his organized empire for 35 years. He was the first governor-general who spread Turkish environment in the Chinese army along with his emperor. His winged words are in effect today that the land is the foundation of the state. He not only did return the land previously conquered by the Chinese, but also overlaid tribute.
After seven centuries, the second great empire was born, led by Attila. About his gifted generalship, the whole world knows. Then, after five centuries, there was a powerful Turan empire. Nomads had their own history. It’s called “Steppe diplomacy” or “Steppe oral historians”. According to the historian Zardyhan Kiyanatuly Kazakhs are the only people in the world assembling their genealogy (shezhire) from antiquity to the present day. Each Juz, has its own kind of shezhire. Ancient history of the Kazakhs can be learned from Chinese, Persian, Arabic and Mongolian sources. From the Huns, the ancient history of the Turks living on the vast Mongolian starts. Turks living in the Mongolian Ustyurt are still called Mongols. So far, let’s consider the Russian-speaking historians. While Mongolian scientists believe that the forefathers of the Turks are the Huns, part of our Russian-speaking historians mistakenly believe that the Huns are Mongols, because this information came from Russian historians.
The history of the ancient Turks, proto for twenty centuries was constantly studied and written Chinese. It starts from the time of Saks, and Uysinov Canli. Today we acknowledge the historians who wrote truthfully about our history. The list includes A.N. Levshin, L.N. Gumilev, V.P. Yudin, K.A. Pishchulin, and Chinese historian Su Bihayya. They put forward a bolder hypothesis about the history of the Kazakhs than our scientists.
One of the most powerful contemporary culture experts not only in Kazakhstan, not only in the post-Soviet space, but in the world – Murat Auezov – researched and wrote his works without considering the prevailing dogma in the Soviet period. For example, in his diary, “And a day lasts more than a century” in 1978 (September) he noted that he would write about the literature of ancient, medieval and modern Turks, but without examining the canons of modern researchers. Similarly, there were the previously mentioned truths (Pravda) and his time to the next generation was not in error. True life stories on human beings and in all respects written in bold honesty, sometimes renounce any good. Ancient and medieval Turkic spiritual heritage left to us by our ancestors will be fully revealed and deciphered over time The greatness of the Turks is that that they did not tear away people’s faith who had a different way of thinking and understanding, and shared living on the ancient Earth. They soaked up as litmus paper, and positively incorporated all of the nearby located surroundings.
Some of our historians associate the formation of the Kazakh state within the period extending between 1465-1466. Chinese scientists claim that our roots should be sought from the Saxon times. The Mongols in the 12th century have called us “Kaysak” and it’s almost the same as how people call us now. Prior to the establishment of Soviet power in 1917, within the Russian Empire, we – the Kazakhs – were known as the Kirghiz-kaysak and Kirghiz – Kara-Kirghiz.
As noted above, there is still much to learn and to explore. For example, the fact that the ruler Сhenghis Khan is Mongolian is a controversial issue that demands investigation. His descendants were mixed with our ancestors 300-400 years ago. Now, there are allegations that he was a Turk. The Dzhungars repeatedly tried to obliterate the Kazakh people. However, of them there was none left on earth. They zealously destroyed the existing Arabic and ancient Turkic writings. Recalcitrant cities and their inhabitants were destroyed, equated with the earth, and with them demolished their shrines, mosques, medreses, etc., which resulted in having the Kazakhs forget their roots and their history. Today, I think it is time to reconsider the fate of the nation's history. Nothing lasts forever and moreover dogmas. Time moves forward and requires an upward adjustment in objective assessment in order to receive a blessing, not a curse for the distortion of history. Nobody wants to read you if you will tell differently than what actually it is. Yes, the temporary success will be realized when liar historians and writers are in court.
It was so in the era of the Soviet Union. Moreover, inarguably, their “truth” is over. Simply, we should take a lesson and understand deeper concerning the issue that once a great country – one of the superpowers of the world – and now disintegrated. Experience shows that the union, any union, can be really strong if it is based on a voluntary basis with specific duties and responsibilities attaching to par, and not on the hegemony of one nation over the other. We’re now on the way to this truly friendly association. Nothing and nobody breaks the ring of sincerity and neighbors hold hands together. The Kazakhs have always lived with representatives of different nations in the ancient land. In the years of hardship and adversity they always defended their homeland along with their arms, even though all of them professed their beliefs that tolerance, friendliness towards a neighbor of another nationality, the house inherited from their ancestors are as a testament to live in peace and in friendship with all people on earth. Today our goal is to continue doing so, worthy of our wise ancestors. And this adheres to the policy of our country’s leader.
And now, how did Central Asia become known to the world. In the XIII century the West has unbolted a new East through a Grand Venetian traveler – Marco Polo. But few know that for 17 years he served at the court of the Mongol Kublai Khan and carried out his secret missions. Nobody would have ever learned on his journey to Central Asia, if he was not arrested in 1296 for commanding a Venetian galley in a war against Genoa. He was put in prison, where he told chronicles of his travels, and one of his prison mates – Rustichello da Pisa – wrote them down in Latin. So, a book on the diversity of the world immortalized the name of the merchant Marco Polo. The Mongols at the end of the XIV century, according to Arab chronicler Al-Omari, “mingled and intermarried with the Kipchaks and became Kipchaks completely”.
Marco Polo wrote that "the Kipchak wife sells and buys everything that her husband needed, and performs housework. Husbands do not worry about anything. Yet, fighting with falcons, prey animals and birds… Weapons they have are bows, swords and maces. They beat well and bravely. Unto they’re very obedient…. In labor and deprivation are more hardy than anyone else, capable people to conquer the earth and the kingdom”.
